Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Cozytek handles information when you use the Cozytek website and the Cozytek Code app.

Website Information

The Cozytek website does not provide user accounts, use third-party advertising, or use third-party analytics. The website's hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and secure the website.

Cozytek Code Data

Cozytek Code stores information needed to provide its learning and practice features. This may include:

Local Storage

App preferences and learning data may be stored locally on your device so Cozytek Code can remember your settings, progress, and practice activity. Cozytek does not use this information for advertising or sell it.

iCloud and CloudKit

When iCloud is available, Cozytek Code may use Apple CloudKit to sync eligible learning, practice, and custom-practice data between your devices. This information is stored in the private CloudKit database associated with your iCloud account and is processed through Apple's services.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Cozytek Code receives product, transaction, and subscription status information needed to provide premium access. Cozytek does not receive your complete payment-card details.

Support Communications

If you contact Cozytek, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your message. Cozytek Code may let you copy support diagnostics, but Cozytek receives those diagnostics only if you choose to send them. Support information is used to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue.

Analytics and Tracking

The Cozytek website and the current Cozytek Code release do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Cozytek does not sell personal information or use it for cross-site or cross-app tracking.

Sharing

Information is shared only as needed to provide the services described above, such as with Apple for CloudKit and StoreKit, with service providers used to host the website or receive support email, or when required by law.

Your Choices

You can manage iCloud through your device settings and use available in-app controls to reset learning data. You may also delete the app to remove data stored locally on that device. Information stored in iCloud is managed through your Apple account and iCloud settings.

Children’s Privacy

Cozytek does not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent where required by law.

Changes to This Policy

Cozytek may update this Privacy Policy when its products or practices change. The updated policy will be posted here with a revised date.
