When Contacting Support

Please describe what happened and include your iOS version and Cozytek Code app version when available. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Apple ID credentials, or other sensitive information.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Apple processes all Cozytek Code purchases and subscription billing. If an active purchase is not recognized, first use Restore Purchases in the app, then contact support if the issue continues.
